Fold beta lets a team leave comments on a shared prototype. Ivo reports that the comments stay attached to the scene under review.

Connection stays visible. Evidence opens on demand.

The nicest part of a bookshop is finding something I did not arrive looking for. I am trying to leave that kind of room in a digital collection.

“System One” names this hand-authored rule system. Nothing is learned or inferred by a model.

The composition

Change the assumptions.

1. Scoresᵢ = 3tᵢ + 2dᵢ + 1hᵢSignals t, d, h range from 0 to 1.

2. Normalizepᵢ = 100 × exp(sᵢ / 1.5) / Σⱼ exp(sⱼ / 1.5)Temperature 1.5 softens the ranking.

3. Composetop need + compatible runner-up ≥ 25%At most 3 unique components. Equal top scores keep the calendar.

The source facts and signal rules +

Timing: prep = max(0, 1 − minutes to next meeting / 90); live meeting = 1 while active; follow-up = max(0, 1 − minutes since the last meeting ended / 180). Outreach and reading use their sample time windows, tapering to 0 over 90 minutes outside them.

Open work: remaining / available relevant items. Prep counts unready agendas and unreviewed documents for meetings in the next 120 minutes; meeting counts an active meeting; follow-up counts available action items; outreach counts calls; reflection counts unread pieces plus an unsaved reflection. An empty set scores 0.

Habits: authored example strengths for each time slot. They are not observations of you. Explicit view choices override composition without changing these scores.

Combinations: preparation + meeting, meeting + follow-up, or follow-up + outreach. Reserve two components for the main need and one for a compatible need: review queue for prep, capture for meetings, action list for follow-ups, or call queue for outreach. Meeting combinations keep the room and capture tools. Remove duplicates; use at most 3. Retain the mounted layout while you edit; apply an updated suggestion when ready.
